NEPSE Update List Of 51 Risky Companies released from SEBON eDigimart Reporter - June 17, 2021 0 The Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) has made public 51 companies that have risks inherent in securities trading. Over the past year, listed organizations have seen price increases of 300% and an above, price-to-earnings ratio of 100 and above, negative earnings per share, face value per share, net worth per share below face value. The board has stated that companies are risky based on the current financial capacity assessment. The Board has informed that a study has been started toward the offenses related to securities including internal transactions, circular transactions, and cornering in the transactions concerning these companies. Such companies include microfinance, hydropower, finance companies, and insurance companies. Security Board of Nepal (SEBON) has made public 51 companies list here.
